What Elite did ## Elite ran the whole project Elite took on full management of the turnkey project, from design and technical development through planning and execution to the final handover of the hotel. The result is a five-star resort: a project that brought a historic, much-loved Boca Chica hotel back to life. ### The rooms Elite refurbished all 351 rooms, from the building services to the last piece of furniture: 1. Plumbing, electrics and lighting. 2. Drywall and suspended ceilings. 3. Joinery. 4. New flooring and skirting. 5. iNfeel surface film on walls, showers and headboards, plus painting. 6.
