Request a visit

# Tell us about the hotel you want to refurbish

Elite Smart Build will come and see your hotel and tell you what it would do. Tell us which hotel it is and how many rooms it has, and we will reply by email.

## Your request

Santo Domingo Bay, refurbished by Elite

## What happens next

1. **We reply** Elite writes back to the email address you give us.
2. **We come and see the hotel** We take a look and tell you what we would do.
3. **A pilot room comes first** Before work starts, Elite builds a pilot room so the hotel can sign off the finish. That room then fixes the budget and the schedule.
