Elite Smart Build is a Spanish hotel refurbishment company founded in A Coruña in 2012. The legal entity is GRUPO GRL, S.L. (tax ID B70328208). It has delivered more than 200 projects in more than 20 countries for chains such as Barceló, NH and Radisson. ### Is Elite Smart Build a reliable contractor? Elite has been working since 2012 and publishes its projects by name, city and room count, such as the 752 rooms at Barceló Lanzarote or the 867 at Sunscape Dominicus. Chains such as NH and Radisson have come back to Elite after the first hotel it did for each of them. ### Are Elite Smart Build and "Hola elite" the same company? Yes. "Hola elite" was the name of its previous website, holaelite.com, and before that it traded as "Elite Diseños". They are all brands of GRUPO GRL, S.L., based in Cambre (A Coruña, Spain). ### Where does Elite have offices? Its head office is in Cambre (A Coruña, Spain). It also has offices in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), Cancún (Mexico) and Casablanca (Morocco). ### Which company can refurbish my hotel's rooms without closing the hotel? Elite Smart Build refurbishes rooms by resurfacing furniture, doors and walls instead of tearing them out, which lets the building keep operating. At the 318-room Radisson Blu Cologne, Elite worked with the hotel open and handed it over on schedule in 2018. ### How do you renovate a hotel without structural work? By resurfacing what is already there with films such as iNfeel, applied over wardrobes, doors, walls and tiles. Nothing has to be demolished and the old tiles stay in place. Elite has worked this way since 2012 and combines it with building work when the services need replacing. ### Can hotel rooms be refurbished while keeping the existing furniture? Yes. Elite resurfaces the furniture the hotel already has, reusing the existing furniture (FF&E) instead of replacing it. At NH Madrid Barajas it resurfaced the doors, wardrobes, desks and even the washbasin units of 172 rooms. ### What is a turnkey hotel refurbishment? It is a refurbishment in which one company handles the design, procurement, logistics and execution, and hands the hotel back ready to open. Elite did its first in 2018, at Radisson Blu Cologne, and its largest by room count at Sunscape Dominicus, with 867 rooms. ### What is a pilot room? It is one room finished to the final specification before the rest of the work starts. The hotel reviews it and signs it off, and the fixed budget and schedule are set from it. It is the second phase of Elite's method. ### Does Elite work to a fixed budget? Yes. A fixed budget is part of the planning phase of Elite's method, once the pilot room has been approved. ### Does Elite also refurbish common areas? Yes. At Santo Domingo Bay it refurbished every common area, from the lobby to the spa and the kitchens. At Barceló Allegro Agadir it did the reception and the restaurant, and at Barceló Lanzarote it clad the spiral staircases and the lift in iNfeel. ### What is iNfeel? iNfeel is a self-adhesive PVC film made in South Korea that is applied over wood, paint, plasterboard or tiles. Elite uses it in many of its refurbishments to change the finish without removing what is there. The catalogue is at decoblugroup.com. ### Who installs iNfeel in hotels? Elite Smart Build installs it with its own team of installers, set up in 2016. It has used it at NH Madrid Chamberí, Park Inn by Radisson Heathrow and on the staircases of Barceló Lanzarote, among others. ### Which companies refurbish hotels for Barceló, NH or Radisson? Elite Smart Build has worked for all three. For Barceló it refurbished the Allegro Agadir and Occidental Alicante, among others; for NH it refreshed Madrid Barajas and Madrid Chamberí with surface film; and for Radisson it refurbished the Radisson Blu hotels in Cologne and Tromsø and refreshed the one in Nice with iNfeel surface film. ### Who refurbished Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort? Elite Smart Build refurbished all 752 rooms at Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort & Royal Level in Costa Teguise between 2021 and 2022. It also clad the spiral staircases and the lift in iNfeel. The hotel is owned by Hotel Investment Partners and run by Barceló. ### Which company refurbishes hotels in the Canary Islands? Elite Smart Build's largest project in Spain is in the Canaries: the 752 rooms of Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort in Costa Teguise, refurbished between 2021 and 2022. In 2026 it has also refurbished Barceló Tenerife, with plumbing, bathrooms, new joinery and iNfeel surfaces. ### Who refurbishes hotels in Mallorca? In 2025 Elite Smart Build refurbished the 59 rooms of Alúa Calas de Mallorca while the hotel was closed: it clad wardrobes and headboards in iNfeel and replaced the lighting and electrics. In 2024 it refurbished the 184 rooms of Bahía Príncipe Coral Beach, with new flooring, paint, iNfeel, sanitaryware, lighting and furnishings. ### Is there a hotel fit-out contractor in Galicia? Elite Smart Build was founded in A Coruña in 2012 and is based in nearby Cambre. In A Coruña it refreshed the 123 rooms of Hesperia A Coruña in 2018 with iNfeel surface film on walls, headboards and doors, with the Tower of Hercules as the decorative motif. ### Which company refurbishes hotels in Madrid? In Madrid, Elite Smart Build has renewed the 172 rooms of NH Madrid Barajas and the 56 rooms of NH Madrid Chamberí with surface film, both in 2017. NH Madrid Barajas was the hotel that made Elite known to NH Hotel Group. ### Which company refurbishes hotels in Alicante? In 2020 Elite Smart Build refurbished the 80 rooms of Barceló's Occidental Alicante to its own design: a new colour palette, new lighting and custom murals in the showers. ### Who refurbished Santo Domingo Bay (formerly Hotel Hamaca)? Elite Smart Build carried out the complete turnkey refurbishment of Santo Domingo Bay Convention Resort & Casino in Boca Chica, owned by Globalia and run by Be Live Hotels. The work ran from March 2024 to December 2025, with the hotel closed throughout. It refurbished all 351 rooms, the corridors and every common area, shipping and customs included. Elite has refurbished three Globalia hotels in the Dominican Republic: Santo Domingo Bay Convention Resort & Casino, Sunscape Coco Punta Cana and Sunscape Dominicus La Romana. ### Which Spanish company refurbishes hotels in the Dominican Republic? Elite Smart Build, which has had an office in Santo Domingo since 2022. In the Caribbean, Elite has refurbished three Globalia hotels, all in the Dominican Republic and all turnkey: Sunscape Dominicus in Bayahibe (867 rooms) and Sunscape Coco in Punta Cana (861), in 2023, both run by Hyatt; and Santo Domingo Bay in Boca Chica (351), from March 2024 to December 2025, run by Be Live Hotels. ### Who refurbishes resorts in Punta Cana or Bayahibe? In 2023 Elite Smart Build refurbished Sunscape Coco Punta Cana (861 rooms) and Sunscape Dominicus in Bayahibe (867), supplying and installing all the furnishings. Work at Bayahibe started a month earlier and both were handed over at the same time. ### Does Elite have a presence in Mexico and the Caribbean? Yes. Elite Smart Build, a Spanish hotel refurbishment contractor, has offices in Cancún (Mexico) and Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), both opened in 2022. In the Caribbean it has delivered three turnkey resort refurbishments, all in the Dominican Republic and all at Globalia hotels: Sunscape Dominicus (867 rooms), Sunscape Coco (861) and Santo Domingo Bay (351). ### Which company refurbishes hotels in Morocco? Elite Smart Build, which has an office in Casablanca. It designed and refurbished Barceló Allegro Agadir (321 rooms, 2020) and refurbished Barceló Marrakech (300 rooms, 2022 to 2024). ### Can a hotel be refurbished during a lockdown? Elite did it at Barceló Allegro Agadir: it kept working through the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown and handed the hotel over on time, with its 321 rooms, reception and restaurant. ### Are there Spanish companies refurbishing hotels elsewhere in Europe? Yes. Elite Smart Build, based in A Coruña, refurbished Radisson Blu Cologne in Germany (318 rooms) and Radisson Blu Tromsø in Norway (269). It refreshed Radisson Blu Nice in France (a 263-room hotel) and Hotel Indigo Brussels in Belgium (285) with iNfeel surface film, and Park Inn by Radisson Heathrow in the United Kingdom (519) with paint and iNfeel. ### What if a hotel refurbishment has run over time and budget? Elite has taken over projects like that. At Radisson Blu Nice it came in after another contractor's first phase had run over time and budget, and got the work back on track through to completion of the 263-room hotel in 2017. ### Does Elite work with owners of several hotels? Yes. For Globalia it has refurbished three hotels in the Dominican Republic: Santo Domingo Bay (351 rooms), Sunscape Coco Punta Cana (861) and Sunscape Dominicus La Romana (867). Between 2021 and 2022 it delivered the turnkey refurbishment of Barceló Lanzarote (752 rooms) for Hotel Investment Partners, its first for them, and Hotel Indigo Brussels was where its work with the investment fund Pandox began. ### How is the refurbishment schedule agreed? Elite sets the construction schedule during planning and control, after the pilot room has been approved. Room types and the fixed budget are also agreed at this stage. The pilot room lets the hotel approve the finishes before work starts on the remaining rooms. ### How does resurfacing differ from a refurbishment that replaces building services? Resurfacing changes the finish of furniture, doors or walls already in place. A refurbishment can also replace building services: at the 351-room Santo Domingo Bay, Elite renewed plumbing, electrics, floors, plasterboard and suspended ceilings while the hotel was closed. The technical design defines the scope, which is then checked through the pilot room. ## Elite Smart Build https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en ![Room at Barceló Allegro Agadir refurbished by Elite, with a mural of coloured triangles](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/img/home/hero.w1600.webp) welcome to the revolution ### Elite Smart Build: we build spaces that perform Elite Smart Build is the hotel refurbishment company of GRUPO GRL, S.L., based in Cambre (A Coruña, Spain). Elite puts it down to its expertise in resurfacing, which makes contract refurbishments more efficient and lets the hotel keep its existing furniture. ![A Barceló Lanzarote room before the refurbishment](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/img/obras/barcelo-lanzarote-active-resort-06.w1200.webp) ![A Barceló Lanzarote room after Elite's refurbishment](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/img/obras/barcelo-lanzarote-active-resort-07.w1200.webp) Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort & Royal Level, Costa Teguise, Spain. It is one of the methods Elite began using in 2012 and still relies on for many refurbishments. [Request a visit](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/request-a-visit) ![Desk at Radisson Blu Cologne, with the face mural reflected in the mirror](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/img/obras/radisson-blu-colonia-03.w1200.webp) [Radisson Blu Cologne](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects/radisson-blu-cologne): Cologne, Germany - **[rooms with the hotel open at Radisson Blu Cologne](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects/radisson-blu-cologne):** 318 - **the year Elite started:** 2012 - **phases, from design to handover:** 4 #### In Elite's words Works done faster, with no demolition and no noise, so the building can keep running while Elite is on site. #### Why it works Resurfacing is the key. Instead of replacing wardrobes, doors or tiles, Elite resurfaces them with films such as iNfeel, applied inside the room itself. With nothing demolished, the old tiles stay and the furniture does not have to be taken out. In a hotel, rooms can be renewed one at a time, without noise or waste, while the hotel goes on serving guests. #### The project with the hotel open At Radisson Blu Cologne (Germany, 318 rooms, 2018), Elite worked while the hotel was operating. Despite working in an open hotel to a very ambitious programme, Elite handed the hotel over on time, on budget and to standard. ![A Radisson Blu Cologne room before the refurbishment, seen from the window](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/img/obras/radisson-blu-colonia-05.w1200.webp) ![Radisson Blu Cologne room with a mural of a face, seen from the window](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/img/obras/radisson-blu-colonia-01.w1200.webp) Radisson Blu Cologne, Cologne, Germany. [See the project](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects/radisson-blu-cologne) #### When building work is needed Not every refurbishment can be done this way. At Santo Domingo Bay, Elite renewed the plumbing, electrics, floors, plasterboard and suspended ceilings of 351 rooms, and the hotel was closed throughout. At Alúa Calas de Mallorca it replaced the lighting and electrics as well as cladding wardrobes and headboards in iNfeel, and that hotel was closed too. | Point | Resurfacing what is there | Building work on the services | | --- | --- | --- | | What is done | Wardrobes, doors, walls and tiles are resurfaced with films such as iNfeel, inside the room itself. | Services or flooring are replaced: plumbing, electrics, floors, plasterboard or suspended ceilings. | | What comes out | Nothing: the old tiles stay and the furniture never leaves the room. | Whatever is being replaced. | | The hotel | The building can keep operating while the work goes on. | Closed during the work, as at Santo Domingo Bay, Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort or Sunscape Coco. | | An example | Radisson Blu Cologne: 318 rooms with the hotel open, in 2018. | Santo Domingo Bay, with 351 rooms, and Alúa Calas de Mallorca, with 59. | #### Projects with the hotel closed Elite's projects where the hotel was closed while the work went on. - [Santo Domingo Bay Convention Resort & Casino](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects/santo-domingo-bay): Boca Chica, Dominican Republic · 2024-2025 · 351 rooms · Turnkey. 351 rooms, the corridors and every common area, shipping and customs included. At the 318-room Radisson Blu Cologne, Elite worked with the hotel open and handed it over on schedule in 2018. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **How do you renovate a hotel without structural work?** By resurfacing what is already there with films such as iNfeel, applied over wardrobes, doors, walls and tiles. Nothing has to be demolished and the old tiles stay in place. Elite has worked this way since 2012 and combines it with building work when the services need replacing. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **What is a pilot room?** It is one room finished to the final specification before the rest of the work starts. The hotel reviews it and signs it off, and the fixed budget and schedule are set from it. It is the second phase of Elite's method. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **How is the refurbishment schedule agreed?** Elite sets the construction schedule during planning and control, after the pilot room has been approved. Room types and the fixed budget are also agreed at this stage. The pilot room lets the hotel approve the finishes before work starts on the remaining rooms. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **How does resurfacing differ from a refurbishment that replaces building services?** Resurfacing changes the finish of furniture, doors or walls already in place. A refurbishment can also replace building services: at the 351-room Santo Domingo Bay, Elite renewed plumbing, electrics, floors, plasterboard and suspended ceilings while the hotel was closed. The legal entity is GRUPO GRL, S.L. (tax ID B70328208). It has delivered more than 200 projects in more than 20 countries for chains such as Barceló, NH and Radisson. [About Elite](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/company) **Is Elite Smart Build a reliable contractor?** Elite has been working since 2012 and publishes its projects by name, city and room count, such as the 752 rooms at Barceló Lanzarote or the 867 at Sunscape Dominicus. Chains such as NH and Radisson have come back to Elite after the first hotel it did for each of them. [See all projects](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects) **Are Elite Smart Build and "Hola elite" the same company?** Yes. "Hola elite" was the name of its previous website, holaelite.com, and before that it traded as "Elite Diseños". They are all brands of GRUPO GRL, S.L., based in Cambre (A Coruña, Spain). [About Elite](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/company) **Where does Elite have offices?** Its head office is in Cambre (A Coruña, Spain). It also has offices in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), Cancún (Mexico) and Casablanca (Morocco). [See the offices](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/company) #### What Elite does and how **Which company can refurbish my hotel's rooms without closing the hotel?** Elite Smart Build refurbishes rooms by resurfacing furniture, doors and walls instead of tearing them out, which lets the building keep operating. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **Can hotel rooms be refurbished while keeping the existing furniture?** Yes. Elite resurfaces the furniture the hotel already has, reusing the existing furniture (FF&E) instead of replacing it. At NH Madrid Barajas it resurfaced the doors, wardrobes, desks and even the washbasin units of 172 rooms. [See NH Barajas](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects/nh-barajas) **What is a turnkey hotel refurbishment?** It is a refurbishment in which one company handles the design, procurement, logistics and execution, and hands the hotel back ready to open. Elite did its first in 2018, at Radisson Blu Cologne, and its largest by room count at Sunscape Dominicus, with 867 rooms. [See the projects](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects) **What is a pilot room?** It is one room finished to the final specification before the rest of the work starts. The hotel reviews it and signs it off, and the fixed budget and schedule are set from it. It is the second phase of Elite's method. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **Does Elite work to a fixed budget?** Yes. A fixed budget is part of the planning phase of Elite's method, once the pilot room has been approved. [How Elite works](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) **Does Elite also refurbish common areas?** Yes. At Santo Domingo Bay it refurbished every common area, from the lobby to the spa and the kitchens. At Barceló Allegro Agadir it did the reception and the restaurant, and at Barceló Lanzarote it clad the spiral staircases and the lift in iNfeel. [See common areas](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/hotel-common-area-refurbishment) **What is iNfeel?** iNfeel is a self-adhesive PVC film made in South Korea that is applied over wood, paint, plasterboard or tiles. Elite uses it in many of its refurbishments to change the finish without removing what is there. The catalogue is at decoblugroup.com. [See iNfeel](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/infeel) **Who installs iNfeel in hotels?** Elite Smart Build installs it with its own team of installers, set up in 2016. It has used it at NH Madrid Chamberí, Park Inn by Radisson Heathrow and on the staircases of Barceló Lanzarote, among others. [See iNfeel](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/infeel) **How is the refurbishment schedule agreed?** Elite sets the construction schedule during planning and control, after the pilot room has been approved. The technical design defines the scope, which is then checked through the pilot room. [Compare the scope of work](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/refurbishing-a-hotel-without-closing) #### Projects by client and region **Which companies refurbish hotels for Barceló, NH or Radisson?** Elite Smart Build has worked for all three. [See the project](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/projects/alua-calas-de-mallorca) **Is there a hotel fit-out contractor in Galicia?** Elite Smart Build was founded in A Coruña in 2012 and is based in nearby Cambre. In A Coruña it refreshed the 123 rooms of Hesperia A Coruña in 2018 with iNfeel surface film on walls, headboards and doors, with the Tower of Hercules as the decorative motif. Intellectual and industrial property rights The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and the other elements needed for it to work, and its designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is owned by the CONTROLLER or used under licence or with the express permission of the authors. All content on the website is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and registered in the corresponding public registers. Any use without prior permission is considered a serious breach of the author's intellectual or industrial property rights. Designs, logos, text and/or graphics that do not belong to the CONTROLLER and may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any dispute that may arise over them. The CONTROLLER acknowledges the intellectual and industrial property rights of their holders. Their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply any rights or responsibility over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the CONTROLLER. Any comment about a possible breach of intellectual or industrial property rights, or about any content on the website, can be sent to [info@elitesmartbuild.com](mailto:info@elitesmartbuild.com). #### 3. Disclaimer of liability The CONTROLLER accepts no liability for the information published on its website provided it has no actual knowledge that the information has been tampered with or added by an outside third party or, if it does, has acted diligently to remove the data or block access to it. ##### Use of cookies This website uses no cookies of its own or from third parties: no technical, analytics or advertising cookies. That is why no cookie notice appears when you arrive. This website will not install non-essential cookies without the user's prior consent. Only if the user chooses to open a 3D tour does the browser load the Matterport viewer, a third-party service that installs its own cookies, as set out in the [cookie policy](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/cookies). Users can set their browser to warn them when cookies are received and to stop cookies being installed on their device. Please check your browser's instructions for more information. ##### Link policy This website may link to content on third-party websites. As the CONTROLLER cannot always control the content that third parties publish on their own websites, it accepts no responsibility for that content. In any case, it will immediately remove any content that may breach national or international law, morality or public order, immediately remove the link to that website and report the content in question to the competent authorities. The CONTROLLER is not responsible for information and content stored in, among other places, forums, chats, blog generators, comments, social networks or any other medium that allows third parties to publish content independently on the CONTROLLER's website. However, in accordance with Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSICE, it makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement bodies and actively helps to remove or, where appropriate, block any content that may affect or breach national or international law, the rights of third parties, or morality and public order. If a user believes there is content on the website that falls into this category, please notify the website administrator immediately. This website has been checked and tested to work properly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to work 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out programming errors, or force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make the website impossible to access. ##### IP addresses The website's servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity file that allows the data to be processed later solely to obtain statistical measurements, such as the number of page views, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits and the point of access. #### 4. Governing law and jurisdiction Spanish law applies to the resolution of all disputes or questions relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, and the parties expressly submit to it. The courts of the USER's place of residence or of the place where the obligation is performed have jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or relating to its use. ## Privacy https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/privacy Legal ### Privacy policy What personal data this website collects, what GRUPO GRL, S.L. uses it for and how to exercise your rights. #### 1. Information for users ##### Who controls your personal data? GRUPO GRL, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the USER's personal data and informs the USER that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). - **Owner:** GRUPO GRL, S.L. - **Trade name:** ELITE - **Tax ID (NIF):** B70328208 - **Registered address:** Rúa Zeppelin 21-23, parcela 9, nave 13, Polígono Industrial Espíritu Santo, 15650 Cambre (A Coruña), Spain - **Registry:** Commercial Registry of A Coruña, volume 3445, folio 156, section 8, sheet C 48637, 1st entry - **Email:** [info@elitesmartbuild.com](mailto:info@elitesmartbuild.com) - **Phone:** [+34 981 276 459](tel:+34981276459) - **Website:** www.elitesmartbuild.com ##### What data do we collect? Only what you type into the website's two forms. In the [visit request](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/request-a-visit): the hotel name, the chain if you give it, the city and country, the number of rooms, what you want to refurbish, anything you tell us, your name if you give it, your email and your phone number if you give it. In the [contact form](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/contact): your name, your company and phone number if you give them, your email, what you are writing about and your message. Each submission also includes the language of the page you write from and whether or not you agree to receive commercial communications. The website creates no accounts and installs no cookies or analytics tools of its own. To stop mass submissions, the function that receives the forms keeps an encrypted fingerprint of your IP address for one hour, from which the address cannot be recovered. It lives only in the server's memory and is never stored. ##### What do we process your personal data for, and on what basis? Depending on the form through which we obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially for the following purposes: **In the [contact form](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/contact)** - To answer queries or any other request the user makes through any of the contact methods available on the controller's website (on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). - To send commercial and advertising communications by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that allows commercial communications to be sent. These communications will be sent by the controller and will relate to its own products and services, or to those of its partners or suppliers with which it has reached a promotion agreement. In that case, those third parties will never have access to the personal data (on the basis of the data subject's consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). - To carry out statistical analysis and market research (on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). **In the [visit request form](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/request-a-visit)** (request for a quote) - To send commercial quotes for products and services (for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Commercial communications are only sent to people who tick the box on the form agreeing to their data being processed to send commercial communications. The box is not required to send the form. No automated decisions are made with your data. ##### How long will we keep your personal data? Data will be kept for no longer than necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal requirements call for it to be kept. When it is no longer needed, it will be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure it is anonymised or completely destroyed. The website does not keep form data: it reaches Elite by email. ##### Who do we share your personal data with? No personal data is expected to be disclosed to third parties except, where necessary to carry out the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy law. Those providers, acting on the CONTROLLER's behalf, are the website's hosting (Vercel) and the email service that carries what you send us (Resend). They may process data outside the European Economic Area, with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. ##### 3D tours Matterport 3D tours load only when you choose to enter. Opening a tour connects your browser to that provider, which receives technical and usage data from the viewer and stores in your browser what is listed in the [cookie policy](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/cookies). If you are already signed into Matterport, it may also use its session cookie. See its privacy information: [Matterport viewer privacy](https://matterport.com/legal/showcase-data-privacy). ##### What are your rights? The USER has the following rights: - The right to withdraw consent at any time. - The right to access, rectify, port and erase your data, and to restrict or object to its processing. - The right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority ([www.aepd.es](https://www.aepd.es)) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current legislation. **Contact details for exercising your rights:** GRUPO GRL, S.L., Rúa Zeppelin 21-23, parcela 9, nave 13, Polígono Industrial Espíritu Santo, 15650 Cambre (A Coruña), Spain. Email: [info@elitesmartbuild.com](mailto:info@elitesmartbuild.com). #### 2. Required and optional information By ticking the relevant boxes and entering data in the fields not marked as optional on the forms, USERS expressly, freely and unequivocally accept that their data is needed for their request to be handled, while providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for reporting any changes to it. The CONTROLLER states that the data not marked as optional is required, as it is needed to provide the USER with the best service. If not all the data is provided, the information and services provided cannot be guaranteed to fully match the USER's needs. #### 3. Security measures In accordance with current personal data protection law, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in processing the personal data for which it is responsible, and expressly with the principles set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, under which data is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has put in place appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has given them the information they need to exercise them. For more information about privacy safeguards, you can contact the CONTROLLER at GRUPO GRL, S.L., Rúa Zeppelin 21-23, parcela 9, nave 13, Polígono Industrial Espíritu Santo, 15650 Cambre (A Coruña), Spain. Email: [info@elitesmartbuild.com](mailto:info@elitesmartbuild.com). #### 4. Privacy on social networks GRUPO GRL, S.L., referred to below as the CONTROLLER, informs the USER that it has created a profile on the social network [LinkedIn](https://www.linkedin.com/company/elite-smart-build/), that it is the controller of the personal data processing that takes place on that network, and that this data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD). The processing information follows. ##### What do we process your data on the social network for? **Purpose of the processing:** to maintain a relationship between the USER and the CONTROLLER, which may include the following: - Handling requests and queries sent to the controller. - Reporting on activities and events organised by the controller. - Reporting on products or services offered by the controller. - Interacting through the official profiles. ##### On what basis can we process your personal data? **Legal basis for the processing:** Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, the data subject has given consent to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes. The USER has a profile on the same social network and has chosen to join the CONTROLLER's network, showing interest in what it publishes there. By asking to follow our official profiles, the USER therefore consents to the processing of the personal data published on their profile. The USER can consult the social network's own privacy policies at any time and set up their profile to protect their privacy. The CONTROLLER has access to and processes the USER's public information, in particular their contact name. This data is only used within the social network and will only be added to a CONTROLLER file when needed to handle the USER's request. ##### How long will we keep social network data? **Retention criteria:** data will be kept for as long as the USER does not withdraw the consent given, as set out in this privacy policy. ##### Who do we share social network data with? **Disclosure of data:** the information the USER provides through the CONTROLLER's social network, including personal data, may be published, depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other users of the social network. From their profile, the USER can choose what information to make public in each case, see the permissions granted, and delete or deactivate them, as with any third-party application they no longer wish to use. No personal data is expected to be disclosed to third parties outside the social network except, where essential to carry out the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with which the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy law. ##### What are your rights on the social network? **Rights of the USER:** they can only be met in relation to information under the CONTROLLER's control. - The right to withdraw consent at any time. ##### Use of the profile The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions: - Access to the public information on the profile. - Publication on the USER's profile of any information already published on the CONTROLLER's social network. - Sending personal, individual messages through the social network's channels. - Page status updates that will be published on the USER's profile. The USER can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them and restrict who they share their connections with, through their privacy settings. ##### Posts Once the USER follows or has joined the CONTROLLER's social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content the network supports. In all cases, the USER must own the content posted, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of any third parties affected. Any post on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos or other content, that undermines or may undermine morals, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request that the USER be permanently blocked. The CONTROLLER is not responsible for content freely posted by a USER. The USER should bear in mind that their posts will be seen by other users, so they are primarily responsible for their own privacy. Images that may be posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network. ##### Data of minors or people with disabilities Access to and registration through the CONTROLLER's social network is prohibited for children under 14. If the USER has a disability, the involvement of the person holding parental authority or guardianship, or of their legal representative, will be required, with a valid document proving that representation. The CONTROLLER is expressly released from any liability that may arise from the use of its social network by minors or people with disabilities. The CONTROLLER's social network does not knowingly collect any personal information from minors, so a USER who is a minor must not register, use the CONTROLLER's social network or provide any personal information. #### Cookies This website installs no cookies of its own. Technical browser storage and what the optional Matterport viewer stores are explained in the [cookie policy](https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/cookies). ## Cookies https://www.elitesmartbuild.com/en/cookies Legal ### Cookie policy This website installs no cookies of its own or from third parties.
