Common area refurbishment
Elite refurbishes hotel common areas too
As well as rooms, Elite Smart Build refurbishes hotel common areas. At Santo Domingo Bay in Boca Chica it did all of them, from the lobby and spa to the beach bars and the kitchens.
Santo Domingo Bay (Dominican Republic)
Elite refurbished the corridors and every common area of the former Hotel Hamaca: gym, spa, buffets, restaurants, beach bars, terrace, function rooms, lobby, the Serenity area and its offices, the staff offices and the kitchens. The new gym is in a different place from the old one. The hotel was closed during the work.
Barceló Allegro Agadir (Morocco)
In Agadir Elite refurbished the reception and the restaurant, as well as the 321 rooms.

At Barceló Marrakech, Elite clad the buffet restaurant and a lattice screen in iNfeel, as part of a 300-room project between 2022 and 2024.
